Aideen Kennedy: Tributes paid after ‘kindest, sweetest’ Irish TV presenter dies at 43

Tributes have been paid to in style Irish tv presenter and journalist Aideen Kennedy who has died on the age of 43 following a terminal sickness.

Her passing got here hours after she shared on social media that she was receiving palliative care.

In a tweet posted on Friday, she requested her followers to “preserve an eye fixed out” for her kids, Jacob and Eva, whom she described because the “kindest, sweetest most considerate kiddies”.

She posted an image of the children together with a picture of the cardboard they made for her, which learn: “To Mummy, I hope you get properly quickly. I really like you hundreds.”

Ms Kennedy can also be survived by her dad and mom, Noel and Maura.

She revealed in an interview with the Belfast Telegraph in 2019 that she misplaced her older sister Fiona to most cancers in 2016, and that her brother Dara had died from a mind tumour lower than a yr earlier on the age of 35.

In the meantime, her older brother Rory was killed when he was only a yr previous in a street accident.
