Dame Deborah James says she is “offended” at the truth that she is terminally unwell and mentioned she does not wish to die.

The campaigner – who final month was honoured with a damehood from the Duke of Cambridge – spoke about how she was feeling after docs advised her there was nothing else they might do for her.

Dame Deborah has been documenting her journey on social media after being recognized with bowel most cancers in 2016.
