
Desert Crown received the Derby in a dominant show below Richard Kingscote at Epsom.
The 5-2 favorite got here up the skin to hit the entrance two furlongs from residence and completed away from Hoo Ya Mal, a 150-1 shot, and the fast-finishing Westover.
It’s a sixth Derby winner for coach Sir Michael Stoute, 12 years after his final with Workforce in 2010.
