An ex-police officer has been arrested outdoors the US Capitol after he was discovered with a faux badge, physique armour, a BB gun and ammunition that included excessive capability magazines.
Jerome Felipe was approached by US Capitol Police (USCP) officers after he had parked his automotive close to the constructing in Washington DC at about 5am on Friday.
